OpenHear Bone Conduction Hearing Aids are intended for users with conductive hearing loss, or mixed and sensorineural hearing loss in whom bone conduction thresholds do not exceed 60 dB HL.
Indications:
1) Patients above 6 years old with Conductive or Mixed Hearing Loss. The pure tone average bone conduction hearing threshold (measured at 0.5, 1, 2, and 4kHz) should be ≤ 60 dB HL.
2) Patients 18 years and older with Sensorineural Hearing Loss. The pure tone average bone conduction hearing threshold (measured at 0.5, 1, 2, and 4kHz) should be ≤ 60 dB HL.
